We regard customer satisfaction as the basis of our company. It is the main principle and objective of our business activities. Customer satisfaction of our partners on the market is achieved with our products and services which correspond to our partners' demands and expectations.


Quality
Products of high quality, skilled customer advisors, customer support and the after sales service are the basic features which cause the customer satisfaction of our partners. The quality control of our achievements is carried out by our customers. The quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008.


Members of staff
Our members of staff influence customer satisfaction decisively. For this reason we support the motivation of our members of staff. We reinforce their identification with our products and the company by suitable activities so that they contribute to a continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by being individually responsible and by being committed to quality and environmental awareness.


Economic success
Economic success is necessary for the investment in state-of-the-art technology and for a continuous extension of brocolor®. Being a solid company, the economic success enables us to create and maintain long-term and stable customer-supplier relationships on which customer satisfaction is founded. Economic success guarantees our jobs and the know-how of our company also in the future. We achieve this success by using resources efficiently and by conceiving cost saving processes which run briefly, smoothly, and flexibly.


Safety and technology

High safety at work and the prevention of faults avoid loss of production and delays in delivery so that customer satisfaction is not impaired. We use modern and safe technology which is subject to constant control. The brocolor® paint and coating production is controlled concerning safety according to the Seveso II Directive.


Environment and responsible care
Future oriented customer satisfaction means offering environmentally friendly services. This does not only include the products that are manufactured using environmentally friendly raw materials and production processes but it also means advising our customers in an environmentally oriented way. As we are a member of VCI and VdL, we act according to the objectives and activities of the Responsible Care Initiative. We are also a member of CleanTechNRW , a member of Global Cleantech Cluster Association GCCA to support the next generation innovation in Germany.
